Apple and walnuts cake

A quick and easy apples and walnuts cake that I know from my mother
You need:
6 apples
1 cup of walnuts (roasted and grinded)
1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
3 eggs
2 cups wheat
vanilla, cinnamon
1 tea spoon of baking soda

Peel the apples and grate 3 of them. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Place the egg whites in a large bowl and add sugar. Work with a mixer for some 3-4 minutes until firm.
Then add the egg yoolks, the grinded walnuts, the oil and wheat with baking soda. At the end add vanilla.
In a pan lay half of the mixture, lay over it the finely sliced 3 apples. Lay the rest of the mixture and bake on medium heat for some 15 minutes.

Yes, it's me ;)
I use natural light because I still do not have all the expensive lighting equipment.
Thanks for appreciating! :)
