Indian-style Rice in Sour Cream



What if adding sour cream in a rice dish instead of butter, that was my main idea when creating the Indian-style curry and raisins rice.

I used risotto rice this time instead of basmati, and I used curry, white pepper, hot paprika and rosemary as spices, as well as a mushroom broth.
At the end of cooking I added white raisins and sour cream and powdered with fresh dill.
