Fish Fillets in Cheese, Olive oil and Vegetables





I used shark fillets and pour over them extra virgin olive oil, light soy sauce and dijon mustard. Then I chopped a clove of garlic, and added a small courgette and one onion finely chopped, before baking them in the oven. Five minutes before taking it out from the oven, I placed on top several slices of triangle chopped cream cheese.

*Hint - To add sliced mushrooms jointly with the courgette and onion
