Party Food

The first occasion to show some ideas for party food, inspired by this book :)



Blue Cheese and Olives finger food
Piquant Stuffed Eggs
Mini tartelettes (salty)




Potato-bread Sandwiches with my Special Surimisticks and mayonnaise Salad (recipe to follow)



Spanish Salchichon Sausage Rolls filled with the special surimi sticks and mayonnaise salad


recipe:

250 gr surimi sticks (cut)
100 gr smoked mayonnaise (Olineza)
100 gr cheese mayonnaise (olineza)
200 gr olives (cut)
1 large onion smashed with 1 coffee spoon sugar (a tip by Mordred )
1 green apple, peeleed and cut
1 coffee sppoon of mustard
Chill in refrigrator for 30 minutes before serving
