Fruit and biscuits cake home made style
A home-made style fruit and biscuits cake
you need some 200 gr of tea biscuits, 2 medium apples, 6 spoonfuls of raspberry jam, 3 spoonfuls of sour cream, 1/2 cup of ground walnuts, cinnamon
In a bowl mix the grounded biscuits with the mashed apples, add cinnamon and sour cream, mix well and divide the mixture in two parts.
Put a cling film on an aluminum mould in order to remove the cake easier, and layer the first half of the mixture. Pour on half of the raspberry jam, lay three or four whole biscuits, pour the remainder raspberry jam, and sprincle the walnuts. Then put the other half of the mixture and leave for some 12 hours in a fridge.
Pull out the cake from the mould and decorate with a little of sour cream.
