Crêpes Champagne

I tried an old idea of mine, what if adding sparkling wine to the pancakes batter, well the result was the most fluffies pancakes I've ever tried!

So what you need:

3 eggs

500 ml of milk

3/4 cup of flour

vanilla powder

some 150 ml champagne or other sparkling wine

It's better to add the sparkling wine at the end

I recommend you to try the pancakes with sour cream, raspberry or cherry jam and ananas cubes
