Mediterranean diet

These sandwiches were inspired by the famous Mediterranean diet, which preaches reasonable consumption of traditional foods of the Mediterranean as olive oil, olives, bread, cheese, fish and red whine, for healthier living.

For all the sandwiches I used potato bread with olive oil. Here my suggestions for a delicious breakfast:
1. Black olives tapenade (green olive tapenade), fresh tomato slices, star-shape-cut gauda cheese, broccoli and light mayonnaise salad, white tuna fillets, black olive, basil leaves.

2. Piquant paste made of sour cream, pureed red pepper, tomato pieces, olive oil, garlic, yogurt and dill; boiled egg in slices; broccoli and light mayonnaise salad, black olive, basil leaves.
