Shopska Salad

One of the traditional Bulgarian salads, which is served in every restaurant or pub here. It contains mainly tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and grated white Bulgarian cow cheese (feta-like).
You can also add fresh green and orange pepper and some dill. Season with salt, olive oil and apple vinegar.
