Live Simple, Eat Simple

A prerequisite for good health.
I have recently discovered thyme as a spice, adding unique taste to the dishes. But fresh lemon thyme is much better, its delicate lemon aroma combined with the traditional thyme aroma make the perfect combination.
So I just added it to simple dishes as the spicy backed potatoes (with lemon thyme) and mozzarella, and the scrambled eggs with sliced bell peppers (and lemon thyme).
