Fish Stories

I was wondering about interesting ways to cook fish, and after a brief search for ideas in available cookbooks, I decided to use a special marinade.
I cut shark fillet into pieces and pour on a marinade of soy sauce, white wine, olive oil, white pepper, mustard and basil.
I fried the shark fillet in little olive oil and served with kurkuma rice, boiled eggs and parsley.
Fits well with Cerro de la Cruz red table wine, guaranteed :)
