You need
400 gr yogurt of 4.5 % fat
200 gr coconut cream
100 gr sugar
30 ml coconut rum
vanilla
20 gr gelatin dissolved in hot water
Mix all the ingredients and at the end add the gelatin. Leave in a cool place for 15 minutes and then serve in cups. Leave in fridge for some 12 hours.
Serve with grenadine syrup and grinded walnuts.
