I unexpectedly found out while surfing on the net :D that the cuisine that I love (to cook) most of all and that suits to me best, has been named.
It's called Fusion cuisine.
Here what answers.com says about it:
"Fusion cuisine combines elements of various culinary traditions while not fitting specifically into any."
A freestyle cuisine with an ethnic touch, just the best! :)
