Here I used my favourite spinach noodles, as you can see.
Now the recipe:
Cut 400 gr of chicken fillet in small slices, pour on the juice of one lemon, some 200 ml of white wine, dried basil leaves, and light soy sauce and leave for 30 minutes.
In olive oil fry the chicken with a small quantity of the marinade. Add curry powder and more soy sauce. At the end add some 60 gr. of cooking cream.
Boil 200 gr spinach noodles for 5 minutes in salty water.
Fry one onion in olive oil, add 2 cloves of garlic and a spoon of mustard, at the end, add the dried noodles.
Stir and fry for 1-2 minutes and a finally pour on 100 ml cooking cream.
In a plate mix the spinach noodles with parmesan, add the ready chicken slices and
serve with tomato-based sauce and green olives.
