Tarte tatin
Dough:
3 eggs
100 gr sugar
100 gr butter
150 gr almonds
2-3 generous tbsp flour
2 generous tbsp corn flour
1 coffee spoon bicarbonate of soda
vanilla
4 apples (pears) peeled and cut by 8
1 cups granulated sugar for caramel
First prepare the caramel - put the sugar in dry saucepan on the heat. When it starts melting reduce the heat to low/medium and scrap sugar from the sides of the saucepan so that it melts evenly.
Transfer to the bottom of the cake tin.
Arrange the peeled and cut fruits over.
Top with the dough.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until the dough is ready.
Leave in the oven for 4-5 minutes, then turn over et voila!
Best when served immediately.
