Tuna&Veggie Pizza


Pizza dough:
for 1 large pizza
1 egg
250-300 gr flour (white or combination of white and wholemeal)
100 ml water
active dry yeast
sugar
salt
4 tbsp olive oil

garnish
kalamata olives and anchovies tapenade
red pepper pesto or other speciality pesto
tuna (or salami, chorizo, peppered beef, etc.)
200 gr mozzarella
20-30 gr blue cheese
50 gr gauda
red onions
grilled vegetables (peppers, courgettes, aubergines)
vegetables (corn, peas, broccoli)
speciality mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp


Reactivate the yeast in warm water according to instructions, place the flour in a deep bowl, add egg and yeast with water, sugar and salt.
Make a dough, gradually add olive oil until the dough does not stick to hands.

Using hands place the dough on a sheet lined with baking paper or foil.

Cover with roast pepper pesto and kalamata olives and anchovies tapenade.
Sprinkle mozzarella grated cheese. Place chunks tuna, red onions and vegetables. Sprinkle slightly with gauda cheese and add a couple of tbsps of speciality mayonnaise.

Bake at 220 degrees fan oven (240 ordinary oven) for 12 minutes.
