Happy birthday family and many friends! :)
On the menu today are chocolates filled with white ganache, which on its turn was insued with Jasmine Green tea and Pomegranate White tea. The speciality fragrant teas are from Whittard of Chelsea .
I used a little bit of food colouring to suggest visually the difference in taste of the filling.
I posted more about the first tea-infused chocolates I made (ok, they were the second actually) in this post. The truth is, lots of trials and errors are needed to obtain a really good recipe, so stay tuned for The Recipe (I hope soon)! .

these look amazing! how did you make them?
This type of combination: tea flavored chocolate, is so refined..I love it!!
Thank you, Cristina and Anonimous!
I use ready chocolate transfer sheets for the patterns, chocolate moulds for the bonbons and the filling is made of white chocolate ganache - white chocolate + double cream. And the double cream I use is infused with lose leaf tea for 1-2 hours.
I can't post exact recipe yet because it is sill in process, but I posted about my first tea infused chocolates here http://orangethyme.blogspot.com/2011/05/earl-grey-tea-infused-chocolates.html
These are SO BEAUTIFUL!! So glad you stopped by my blog, so I could have a look and salivate over these masterpieces!
